Cancellation Policy:

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL

CERTAIN CLASSES HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY DUE TO THE EXPENSES INCURRED IN OBTAINING THE INTERNATIONAL INSTRUCTOR.

30+ days notice   

Full tuition refund - there is a $50 cancellation fee

 

14 days or more notice

50% tuition credit unless space can be sold, then full refund.

All class transfers are subject to a $50 transfer fee.

 

***We understand that life happens, in the case of an emergency, death of a loved one, or any personal dilemmas that arise, please let us know. We will be a happy to work with you on a resolution.

Course Cancellations

The Loft Jewelry Studio LLC reserves the right to cancel classes at any time. Cancellations may be due to low enrollment or inclement weather. In the unlikely occasion that it is necessary to cancel a class, we will notify registered students by phone or email with rescheduled dates or credit the full tuition amount.
